Partners details: Estrelas Resourcing Limited provides ‘across the board’ recruitment services to overseas companies locating or expanding in the UK as well as to UK-based organisations.
Bridge to Growth offer: there are three main services offered by Estrelas Resourcing Limited through Bridge to Growth. These are traditional search and selection assignments; interim management provision - senior, specialist, self-employed individuals to meet a short-term need without adding to payroll headcount; and finally vendor management - a single point of contact for all UK recruitment needs, regardless of sector, job function or UK location. For clients introduced via the Bridge to Growth programme, our fee is 20% of BASIC salary alone (20-30% reduction on standard fee) and an enhanced fee payment structure.

Mercuri Urval
Partner details: operating in 25 countries, Swedish Management Consultancy - Mercuri Urval, work with companies on recruitment programmes designed to improve executive and management capability, business development and performance in account management and sales and marketing. With a variety of services on offer, the main aim is to help companies implement their strategies by looking at capabilities, development of employees and the needs around recruitment.
Bridge to Growth offer: through Bridge top Growth, Mercuri Urval offer a general recruitment and selection service to prospect companies including all stages of the recruitment process. A discount of 10% will be given on the first assignment for all Bridge to Growth companies. In addition, one half day of consultancy will be provided free in the first year of the UK company being established.
